SOS, Summer is coming part 1

I've been reading loads of info on how to get ready for the summer, and here I have the Tips I remembered:

-Drink water ONLY: forget energy drinks and sodas. Your only exception is black coffee (no milk) and tea (no sugar).

-NO more white bread: try multi grain breads or simply leave it + Stop eating Pasta but Rice instead.

-Sleep more at night: try getting an extra 30 minutes a night.

-When craving, tell yourself "I'll have it tomorrow", and bite into an apple, works for me!

-Moisturize your skin: a natural healthy glow is always good

-Protect yourself: Wear sunscreen and anti-UV products for hair (or you'll risk making them dry)

-Take a walk! Get some fresh air and look for some cute parks near your home. Challenge youself to walk to the park and to take a nice rest there.
